You do not have to be a Christian or believer to receive services. However, I believe that Jesus Christ is the ultimate healer and physician (Psalm 147:3; Matthew 9:35-38). I believe in transparency and unapologetically operate from a Christ-Centered Catholic worldview.
I believe that Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18) and I am merely an instrument to be used by his hands. The Divine Mercy Healing & Counseling Center has simply answered the call to serve.
Although I cannot change what may have happened to you or your current circumstance, I promise to walk with you on your journey. I refuse to sugar coat things and can guarantee that it won’t be easy. Therapy can be painful and uncomfortable. I promise that if you don’t give up and show up, you will grow from your struggles, heal from your pain and gain inner peace (Phil 4:6).
“Before Jesus’ gaze all falsehood melts away. This encounter with him, as it burns us, transforms and frees us, allowing us to become truly ourselves. His gaze, the touch of his heart heals us through an undeniably painful transformation ‘as through fire’. But it is a blessed pain, in which the holy power of his love sears through us like a flame, enabling us to become totally ourselves and thus totally of God.”
- Pope Benedict XV I
